Pricing

A flat monthly figure. Published.

Priced by the size of the agency, not by how many people you let use it. Hiring a second coordinator or registering another fifty workers does not change the bill, and you do not have to sit through a call to find out what it costs.

Currency and tax. All figures are in Canadian dollars and are shown before tax. Canadian customers are charged applicable GST/HST. We do not currently publish pricing in other currencies; agencies outside Canada are billed in CAD, and your own bank's conversion applies.

Trial. Every plan starts with a 30-day trial with the whole platform switched on, on your own domains. No card is required to start it.

Leaving. Your data is exportable at any time. It is your business record, and a platform that makes leaving difficult is telling you something about how confident it is.

Limits. Plans are sized by agency rather than metered per seat or per worker, with no published ceiling on storage or record counts. If your usage heads somewhere a plan does not fit, we will tell you before it becomes a bill.

Why it is on the page

The figure does not move because you had a good month.

Software for this industry is usually priced on the things that grow when your business grows, which means the bill arrives largest in the month you can least afford to look at it.

How this category usually prices

  • A figure you get after a discovery call.
  • Per seat — so hiring a second coordinator costs you twice.
  • Per active worker — so a busy month costs more than a quiet one.
  • Implementation quoted separately, after you have committed.
  • What is excluded implied by a missing tick in a column.

How this is priced

  • The figure is on this page. You are reading it.
  • Sized by the agency. Add coordinators without adding cost.
  • The same monthly figure whether you place forty people or four hundred.
  • Thirty days with the whole platform on, on your own domains, no card.
  • What each plan leaves out is written above, in words.

Questions

About the bill, specifically.

Do you charge per user, per worker or per placement?

None of those. A plan is sized by the agency, so the figure does not move with how many coordinators use it, how many workers you have registered, or how much you placed that month.

This is the whole reason pricing is published. A number that depends on your volume cannot be put on a web page, which is why so few of them are.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged, because no card was taken to start it. The trial runs thirty days with the entire platform switched on, on your own domains. At the end of it you choose a plan or you do not.

We are larger than the largest published plan.

Then the last row applies: unusual volume, several brands or something specific gets a quote, with limits set to fit, migration from your current system, and a named contact.

We have not published ceilings on storage or record counts, because we would be inventing them. If your usage is heading somewhere a plan does not fit, we will tell you before the invoice does.

Is payroll included in any plan?

No, and not at any price. Zawrix prepares and exports approved hours for whatever payroll system you already run. It does not remit source deductions, file year-end returns or issue payments.

Payroll is a regulated domain where being almost right is still a compliance failure. We would rather hand correct figures to something built for it.

Can we get our data out?

At any time. It is your business record — your workers, your clients, your invoices — and a platform that makes leaving difficult is telling you something about how confident it is in the reasons you would have for staying.

Which currency, and what about tax?

Canadian dollars, shown before tax. Canadian customers are charged applicable GST or HST.

We do not publish figures in other currencies today. An agency outside Canada is billed in CAD and their own bank's conversion applies, which we would rather say plainly than hide in a footnote after the first invoice.

Can we move between plans?

Yes. The plans are sizes rather than product tiers with locked doors — the difference between them is what is switched on, and switching something on is a change to your account rather than a migration.

See it before you price it.

Thirty minutes with your own orders on the screen beats any plan comparison.
