Draft, pending legal review. This document describes what Zawrix actually does today and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is published so it can be read and corrected, not because it is final. Last updated 2026-09-28.
Plain terms for a product that is early. Where something is not settled yet, this says so rather than covering it with language.
What Zawrix provides
Software for recruitment and staffing agencies, provided as a hosted service on a monthly subscription. The plans and prices published on the pricing page are the prices.
Zawrix prepares and exports approved hours for a payroll system. It does not run payroll, remit tax, file year-end returns or issue payments, and nothing in the service should be relied on as tax, legal or employment advice.
Your data is yours
An agency retains ownership of everything it puts into Zawrix. We claim no right to use agency data other than to provide the service. Data is exportable at any time, and we do not treat leaving as a retention mechanism.
Trials and billing
Every plan begins with a 30-day trial with the platform switched on and no card required. After that, subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian dollars, before applicable tax.
Card payments are not yet processed through this website. Invoicing arrangements are agreed directly until that is in place.
Availability
We make no uptime commitment and publish no availability figure, because we have not been running long enough for one to mean anything. We will not invent a number to put in a contract. If your procurement requires a service level, say so and we will discuss what we can honestly commit to.
Ending it
Either side can end a subscription with one month's notice. On ending, you export your data and we delete ours.
Changes to these terms
These terms are a draft pending legal review and will change. Material changes will be notified to customers in writing rather than quietly republished here.
