Draft, pending legal review. This document describes what Zawrix actually does today and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is published so it can be read and corrected, not because it is final. Last updated 2026-09-28.
This covers two different things: the data this website collects from visitors, and the data the Zawrix platform holds on behalf of agencies who use it. They are handled differently and the distinction matters.
What this website collects
The demo form collects your name, work email, company, and optionally your role and a description of what you want to see. That is stored so we can reply to you. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not added to a mailing list.
We measure page views, which pages are read and which buttons are clicked, in order to understand whether the site works. These measurements are first-party and aggregate: they do not carry names, email addresses or anything typed into a form, and they do not follow you to other websites. There is no advertising network on this site and no session recording.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. Your appearance preference (System, Light or Dark) is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
Data inside the platform
When an agency uses Zawrix, that agency is the controller of the worker and client records it holds, and Zawrix is the processor. Each agency's records live in their own database schema, separate from every other agency's.
Some of that data is sensitive — right-to-work documents and Social Insurance Numbers among it. Identity numbers are encrypted at rest under a key held per agency, are never rendered on a public page, are never sent to a client, and every read is written to an access log identifying who read it.
Zawrix staff do not browse agency accounts. Opening one requires a stated reason and an expiry and is recorded in a log the agency can be shown.
How long we keep things
Demo requests are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we know who we have already spoken to. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Platform data is retained for as long as the agency remains a customer. On leaving, an agency can export its data and ask for our copies to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to us at the address below or use the demo form. If your data is inside an agency's Zawrix account, ask that agency — they control it, and we will help them answer.
We have not yet appointed an external data protection officer. Requests come to the company directly.
Where data is held
The platform runs on DigitalOcean infrastructure with a managed PostgreSQL database. We do not currently offer a choice of region, and we do not make guarantees about data residency beyond telling you where it is.
